The preparation of traditional Middle Eastern sweets, including baklava, is a culinary art that has been passed down through generations. Baklava is a delicacy made with chopped nuts nestled between layers and layers of buttery, flaky phyllo dough and infused with sweet syrup. The name phyllo stems from the Greek word for leaf, due to its thin, delicate quality. This delicious dessert, often paired with coffee or tea, and enjoyed over good conversation, has always been a special part of our family gatherings. We are proud to share our treats with our neighbors here in Corvallis and the surrounding areas.

*Our gourmet baklava varieties are handmade with care. Our home bakery currently operates under the Oregon Home Bakery Exemption, strictly adhering to all required food safety standards. Each of our food handlers have completed the State of Oregon Food Handler Certification.
